Oh you were young 
Once you had dreams
That would engulf your spirit and souls

you stood up to anything in this world
Oh you were beautiful
The flames in your heart

But where are you
Where is the beautiful you that faced anything
Where are you I know
Now you are nothing
You are nothing but 
A shell of a human
and spiritless

Every time I look in your old photo 
I see the you I know.
But when I reflect your face in the mirror

of a human
or an animal
that is fearing of everything
that is soul less

The mirror itself is fine
